The first meeting of the updated Public Council of Tainysha district was held.
The chairman of the district maslikhat Sarsenbai Bekshenov opened the meeting. At the beginning of the speech, he congratulated the members of the Public Council on their election and wished them success in their work. S. Bekshenov announced that 15 applications were received from candidates for membership of the Community Council. Before that, the working group determined the numerical composition of the Public Council consisting of 12 people.
The chairman of the advisory board expressed his gratitude to the members of the working group who performed great organizational work.
Among the elected representatives there are representatives of public associations, civil society, education, political figures, businessmen, civil servants - people with extensive daily and professional experience. prepared, if someone leaves the Public Council, a candidate from the reserve list will be included in the council instead of the person who left without further discussion.
"Public councils of Kazakhstan are still a young institution. Nevertheless, it is getting stronger and gaining momentum every year. The President introduces amendments to the Law "On Public Councils" that will expand the powers of council members. You are the fourth member of the Public Council of Tainysha district. I see in front of me many people with professional experience, and I would like to emphasize that only because of your deep participation - what the people value us - not the state - the people. Therefore, I ask you not to take a waiting position, do not be a passive member of the council," noted S. Bekshenov.
On the agenda of the first meeting, four issues were discussed: election of the chairman of the Public Council, Chairman of the Board, approval of the regulation on the Public Council, development and approval of the 2025 work plan of the Central Committee.
Council member Boris Galitsky made a proposal for the candidacy of the chairman of the Public Council on the first issue. He nominated Sergey Adamovich Zvolsky, a member of the Committee on Agrarian Affairs of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the 6th convocation of the district maslikhat, as the chairman.
S. Zvolsky is a large producer of agricultural goods known not only in our district, but also in the country. He started his career as a mechanic and is currently the founder of "Asyk-STEM" LLP. The partnership specializes in the cultivation of grain and oil crops, vegetables. The newly elected chairman of the Public Council, Sergey Zvolsky, thanked his colleagues for their trust and expressed his readiness to work actively for the benefit of civil society. In accordance with Article 2 of the Law "On Public Councils" of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Chairman of the Committee S. Zvolsky, the representative of the state body Ainagul Zhakenova, the head of the district employment and social programs department, and the member of the Council by open vote Mikhail Gusev were included.
After that, the members of the Council shared their opinions on the work plan of the Committee in 2025.
