The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan reminds the basic rules of transportation of goods by motor vehicles.

- It is prohibited by law to drive motor vehicles without a license plate.

- Failure to comply with the legal requirements of traffic control inspectors will result in severe punishment.

- Not only traffic rules should be strictly observed, but also working hours and rest regime should be observed. Violation of these norms will result in administrative responsibility.

Thus, the permissible mass of motor vehicles should not exceed the following norm (in tons):

1. three-axle (except M3 articulated buses) - 25 tons;
2. four-axle, including two steered axles - 32 tons;
3. five-axle - 38 tons;
4. six or more with axles - 44 tons.

            "At Kyzylzhar station of the capital, the data of driving a truck without a license plate was registered. Also, the driver ignored the traffic control inspector's request to stop the vehicle. As a result, the driver was questioned and arrested for three days. In addition, the above-mentioned carrier was fined about 2 million tenge for loading more than 50 tons of cargo, as well as for the lack of a special goods and transport bill of lading and a waybill," the employees of the Road Transport and Transport Control Committee of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan stated about the recent situation.
