As part of the preparation for the period of flood risk, as well as in connection with the beginning of the first stage of flood control in the region, a competition was held for the forces and means of civil defense services to be involved in timely elimination of the threat of flooding in Ust-Kamenogorsk. They checked the availability and condition of rescue equipment, readiness of equipment for emergency rescue and other emergency operations. The leaders of the structures reported on the tasks and preparation for actions in the event of a flood threat.

High-flow equipment, swimming equipment, equipment and personnel of the 2nd battalion of the RK Military Police - 68303 of the year 2 were mobilized for the competition.
