Kazakhstan skater won the "Silver Ball" prize at the prestigious exhibition tournament held in Leeuwarden, Netherlands.

In the final race of 100 meters, Koshkin left behind the world ranking leader, six-time world champion Jordan Stolz and Poland's Marek Kanyu. And in the semi-finals, he set a track record at this distance and showed a result of 9.40 seconds.

This success was a continuation of his great season. Before that, in 2025, Koshkin won two rounds of the World Cup held at a distance of 500 meters, and won a silver medal at the IX Winter Asian Games held in Harbin.
