Servicemen of the military unit 68303 of the Republic of Kazakhstan are clearing hard-to-reach areas from snow and opening drainage structures and ditches for the unimpeded flow of meltwater.

In order to prevent emergencies, 3,035 meters of ditch system, 40 meters of bridges, and 14 drainage structures in Altai city, Zubovsk village and Turgysyn village were cleared of snow. Also, military personnel filled more than 200 bags with inert material.

In general, the works to protect the population and territory of the district from floods are continuing.
