The Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Karagandy Region announces that an internal analysis of the corruption risks of the Department and its territorial departments will be conducted from April 10 to May 27, 2025.

The analysis will be carried out in the following directions at the end of 2024:
1) Implementation of control and supervision activities (inspections of the Department of Legal Statistics and Special Accounting Committee in the Karagandy Region on the refusal of registration, including registration and inspection), etc.;
2) monitoring the implementation of instructions to eliminate identified violations;
3) implementation of administrative practice, including the legality of determining the guilt of individuals, officials or legal entities;
4) implementation of protest-claim work, including on decisions not issued in favor of the Department and/or territorial administrations;
5) provision of public services, including the terms and order of the specified public services violations, issuing illegal sanitary-epidemiological conclusions, as well as illegal refusal to provide public services and detection of hidden public services; p.;
7) provision of sanitary and epidemiological characteristics of working conditions;
8) issues of personnel management, including staff turnover;
9) organizational and management activities of departments of the Department and its territorial offices;
10) engagement of civil servants in business or other paid activities, including timely submission of income declarations of all employees of the Department and territorial offices;
11) legality of applying disciplinary sanctions and timeliness, including their validity when receiving them;
12) regulation of conflict of interests;
13) Financial and economic activity of the Department, the order of payment of premiums, including legality during the payment of overtime;
14) in the field of procurement of goods, works, and services to meet state needs.
