The period of fire danger is the temporary period during which the most intensive occurrence of fires and fires is observed. During the year, there are several periods characteristic of certain categories of fire.

In spring and summer, when the weather is dry and windy, the risk of natural fires increases. In order to prevent them, the employees of the Auliekol District Emergency Department WARN the heads of agricultural organizations, heads of farms, and private entrepreneurs about the burning of grass plants, fire prevention works in accordance with the "fire safety principles" (paragraph 997 of the "Fire Safety Principles" approved in accordance with the orders of the Minister of Emergencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 21, 2022 No. 55). Heads of agricultural enterprises (farms), private individuals, individual entrepreneurs and forest owners (hereinafter referred to as agricultural fires) dispose of waste from agricultural fields and pastures, straw, as well as logging waste from forest-steppe areas, observing the following fire safety measures before the beginning or end of the fire danger period:

- before starting an agricultural fire, observe fire safety requirements for their employees, as well as participants of this event, fire extinguishing instructions on the methods are organized;

- persons responsible for the time of the agricultural industry are appointed;

- patrol stations equipped with fire extinguishing equipment are set up at the agricultural barns holdings - one fire truck or adapted equipment, one tractor with a plow, fire extinguishers, shovels are set at the expense;

- before the holding, the territory of the agricultural barns is plowed into strips at least 8 m wide and the area is not more than 25 hectares is divided;

- forest areas, forest areas, useful strips and plantings adjacent to the burning areas are plowed with a width of at least 8 m;

- agricultural sheds with a wind force of no more than 3 waves (5 m per second), are carried out under the control of responsible persons and workers in the plowed areas; starts;

-after completion of burning in agriculture, a thorough inspection will be carried out to determine and eliminate the perimeter of the territory, to prevent renewal of fire within 3 hours to determine and remove all burning places and fire points. Individuals and legal entities located adjacent to or directly adjacent to their lands and (or) located in the protection zone of forests shall not destroy forests and (or) forests. and other forest areas as a result of uncontrolled burning of straw, field and other plant residues in agricultural fields, pastures and meadows.
