Facts of unjustified overestimation of the value of products delivered to disabled people were revealed within the framework of the urgent preventive measures of KMA "Kamkor". LLP and "Ayum and D" LLP concluded a number of contracts for the provision of laptops for disabled people, mobile phones with software for blind and deaf people, the total amount of which exceeded 476 tenge. This caused damage to the supplier in the form of the purchase of cheap analogues that did not meet the technical specifications, the total amount of which was about 133 million tenge. did not meet the specifications specified in the technical conditions of the tender documentation.

          In addition, a pre-trial investigation was started regarding the facts of legalization of the funds received by exchange to the bank account and the fact of making a profit of more than 25 million tenge in relation to the supplier.

         The deputy head of the Department of Employment Coordination and Social Programs was found guilty by the court verdict and sentenced to 9 years of imprisonment, and the goods the supplier was found guilty and sentenced to 7.5 years of imprisonment.
