According to the principles of the pilot project on registration of consignment notes (hereinafter referred to as consignment notes) (order of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2020 No. 1104), starting from February 1, 2022, it is necessary to issue a consignment note and use the Virtual Warehouse module during the sale of construction materials.

In case of technical problems during the registration of a consignment note "a document confirming the delivery of goods, works, services" in line 32 indicating NON SNT, it is possible to write an ESF without TIS (item 30-1 of the rules of the pilot project on TIS registration).

During the pilot project period, administrative liability measures are not provided for the failure to timely formalize and confirm the TDI.
