Today, Akim of the region Nuralkhan Kosherov shared the joy of the residents by handing over the apartment keys from the "Silk Road" residential complex to 348 families waiting for housing in Turkestan. He conveyed his good wishes to the shelter owners and said that the work of providing housing to the people will continue. Let it be good! Today we meet at a particularly happy moment. Our brothers and sisters are celebrating the housewarming party. The head of state Kassym-Jomart Kemeluly instructed to strengthen the work of providing housing to residents. Large-scale work in this direction is underway in the region. In 2024, 961 families were housed in the city. In 2018-2024, 3,519 residents waiting in line are provided with housing. Mortgage and private houses are also being handed over. All this is the result of state support. Recently, the spiritual capital of the country - the city of Turkestan was given a special status. Now our city and region will develop at a higher rate. And today, on the eve of Nauryz holiday, new shelters are being handed over to residents. ✔️On this day, 4 residential buildings with 5 floors and 348 apartments purchased from the city territory by the construction department of Turkestan city administration were put into operation. Among them, 168 shelters were given to large families, 180 apartments were given to citizens belonging to the category of socially weak groups. The head of the region visited the new apartments with the residents. Citizens who celebrated the settlement shared their joy and expressed their gratitude. Before the ceremony of handing over the keys to the shelter, an exhibition of craftsmen and artists was held, followed by a concert program. Yurt houses were built and Nauryz holiday was also celebrated.
