The Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan thanked the deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Abdulamituly Abenov and Nurzhan Kemeruly Ashimbetov for their active work in the draft law "On introducing changes and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the protection of consumer rights".

The draft law, which is still being worked on, was adopted for production on September 1, 2023. The first reading in the Majilis of the Parliament was held on September 4, 2024. Deputy M. is the leader of the working group. A. Abenov was appointed.

Work on the draft law was carried out in close contact with civil servants, industry experts and the business community. The document includes important provisions aimed at strengthening the rights of consumers, increasing the responsibility of business and forming a civilized consumer market in the country.

The Ministry of Trade and Integration expresses its gratitude to the deputies for their fruitful cooperation and readiness to protect the interests of citizens in matters of consumer safety and justice.
