It was found that the suspect lured investors under the pretense of selling biologically active supplements from 2016 to 2024, promising them income from 10% to 300% for each new participant.

The amount of the contribution varied from 7,500 to 2 million tenge depending on the marketing strategy.

The total amount of funds raised exceeded 286 million tenge.

As a result, 35 people were involved in the suspicious financial pyramid.

It should be noted that all the victims are pensioners who believed in dry promises of easy income, and their savings become part of a money distribution scheme among other depositors. During the financial investigation, it was found that the suspect bought an apartment worth 36 million tenge in an elite housing complex with illegally obtained funds.
