15.04.2025 18:02:38 242Persons carrying out the import of goods in order to determine the value of the purchased goods approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 594-NK of November 16, 2021, in accordance with the principles of applying the minimum price level for certain types of goods imported from the territory of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, that is, the minimum price set for the import of certain groups of goods it is necessary to take into account the possibility of carrying out only at prices not lower than the level (BDT).
If the value of the goods declared by the importer is lower than the specified amount of BDT, then the VAT calculation is carried out from the value specified in BDT.
Authorized body every year from March 15 (fifteen), June 15 (fifteen), September 15 (fifteen), December 15 (fifteen calculates and publishes BTC for each type of goods on its Internet resource without delay.
BTD is calculated annually from 1 (first) January to 31 (thirty-first) March, from 1 (first) April to 30 (thirty) June, from 1 (first) July to 30 (thirty) September and from 1 (first) October to 31 (thirty-first) December
