Kazakhstan farmers have another opportunity to lease agricultural machinery on favorable terms.

JSC "KazAgroFinance" has started accepting applications under the simplified "Made in Kazakhstan" program for the purchase of domestic production equipment and vehicles.

In 2024, under the "Made in Kazakhstan" program, farmers purchased 336 units of machinery worth 10.5 billion tenge. In particular, the demand for tractors and harvesters has increased. In general, since the launch of the program, agribusinessmen have purchased more than two thousand units of agricultural equipment.

In 2025, JSC "KazAgroFinance" has left the conditions of the "Made in Kazakhstan" program unchanged.

In order to support domestic production, domestically produced/assembled agricultural equipment and vehicles are available to farmers under the following simplified terms: financing period - up to 10 years (7 years in other programs), reduced interest rate - 6%, advance - from 15%. Also, the first lease payment can be paid at the expense of subsidies.

We would like to note that the "Facility leasing" program is also in use this year. Farmers can purchase agricultural equipment at an annual rate of 5%, for a period not exceeding 7 years, with the possibility of postponing the first lease payment until December 1, 2025. 200 billion tenge has been allocated to this program.

Applications for the "Made in Kazakhstan" and "Facility leasing" programs are accepted via telegram-bot at the link https://t.me/kaz_agro_finance_bot. After submitting the application, the client must submit the complete package of documents to the branch of JSC "KazAgroFinance" within 5 working days.
