IN THE REGULAR SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, THE ISSUE OF THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL SERVICES IN CITY HOSPITALS WAS CONSIDERED
On March 27, 2025, the 36th regular session of the city council was held.
The session was chaired by the chairman of the city maslikhat I. Kuttykojaev.
On the agenda of the session "On issues of quality medical services and provision of free medicines by urban clinics and treatment organizations in rural settlements", on awarding the title of "Honored Citizen of Kyzylorda", Issues "On approval of the independent composition of the local interdepartmental commission on crime prevention", "On approval of the composition of the commission on the case of minors and the protection of their rights" were issued and discussed.
The session Deputy head of the Kyzylorda regional health department Zh. Abubakirova, head of the city akim's office M. Taskaraev made a statement on issues on the agenda.
During the session, the chairman of the maslikhat on medical issues I. Kuttykojaev, deputies Issues were raised by M. Yeszhanov, M. Abdikalykov, A. Tolegenova, R. Yskakova, N. Turganbayev.
Government healthcare structures and all hospitals in Kyzylorda city are providing residents with adequate guaranteed medical services.
Last year, with the support of the head of the region, 200 units of sanitary cars were taken to health care organizations in all settlements of the region, and 72 of them were given to medical organizations located in the city. In this way, the problem of sanitary car coverage in settlements has been completely solved.
In 2025, 7.8 bln. Tenge was allocated, of which 5.4 bln. It is planned to purchase medical equipment for medical organizations located in the city for tenge.
Nevertheless, improvement of internet speed in the provision of quality medical services to the population in urban clinics and rural settlements in Kyzylorda city, lack of medical equipment, free it is necessary to take effective measures in order to improve the supply of medicines. The temporary commission established by the city maslikhat in order to study and prepare for the next session the issue of "supplying medicines" performed relevant work, and city maslikhat deputies visited medical institutions in their constituencies in 4 directions, got acquainted with the work of clinics, listened to suggestions and opinions of residents and heads of medical institutions.
During the session, according to the results of the work of the temporary commission, deputy of the city maslikhat R. Yskakova made a report, thoroughly studied the achievements and current issues of the medical field, and made recommendations from the city maslikhat gave
In particular: opening a clinic branch in the territory of a multi-storey residential building located on Zhappasbay Batyr Street in the KPI residential district; conduct;
- taking into account the narrowness of the building of the clinic #1, to consider the construction of an additional building near the clinic and a parking lot in the future;
- consider the possibility of building a new building for clinics #4 and #5;
- expansion of a medical clinic in Kyzylzharma rural district or construction of an additional building;
organization, consideration of alternative methods in case the system freezes due to the weakness of the Internet;
- sufficient supply of state clinics with stationery;
- to consider the possibilities of connecting additional mobile communication networks in clinics in order to further improve the work of pre-registration to the doctor;
- Quality organization of work on providing free guaranteed medicines to patients on the list, including consideration of additional alternative methods in case of system freezes.

Baimenova, chief doctors of state and private clinics of the city, law enforcement agencies, heads of independent city departments and structural institutions, mayors of villages and rural districts, and mass information representatives of means, chairmen of public organizations took part.
All issues submitted to the session were reviewed and appropriate decisions were made.
