Guardianship is a type of relationship that requires special responsibility and important decisions. It is necessary to be prepared not only morally, but also legally, when making a decision on guardianship and guardianship. 
State service "Establishment of guardianship or guardianship of adults who are unable to act or have limited ability to act" according to the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 427 of November 15, 2024, is provided by the "Department of Employment and Social Programs of Aktobe City". when applying for the provision of public services, the following documents are submitted to the service provider, the State Corporation or through the "Electronic Government" portal:
1) an application in the form according to Annexes 1 and 2 to the rules for providing public services (hereinafter - the Rules) "Establishment of guardianship or guardianship of persons who are incapacitated or with limited capacity to act";
2) an identity document or an electronic document from the service recipient's digital document service (for identification);
3) a court decision to recognize a citizen as incapacitated or with limited ability to act;
4) a certificate of marriage or dissolution;
5) approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. DSM-175/2020 dated October 30, 2020 (registered in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 21579) conclusion of the medical-consulting commission on form 026/e (if guardianship is established);
6) narcological and psychiatric according to the form approved by the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. DSM-49/2020 dated May 18, 2020 (registered as No. 20665 in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts) certificates that there is no information on the records of the dispensaries;
7) written consent to establish guardianship for all people who live with a potential guardian of family members over the age of 18 (if it is assumed that the guardian lives with the guardian) (in a voluntary manner).
The term of rendering public service is 19 (nineteen) working days from the moment of submission of documents to the State Corporation, as well as when applying to the portal.
Rendering of public service the result is an order of the authorized body for social protection of districts and cities of regional significance, cities of republican significance and the capital, on the establishment of guardianship or guardianship, or a substantiated answer on the grounds provided for in paragraph 9 of the requirements for the provision of public services.
