Corruption is one of the evils that grows and flourishes with the flow of time, takes root in places where there is a lot of money and public competition, and it is not eradicated to this day. This disease is causing great damage to our young country, as well as to developing countries.

Anti-corruption activities are being carried out in various fields within the requirements of the Law "On Combating Corruption". In particular, people often face the problem of bribery. Therefore, we as a society need to be active in preventing bribery and bribery in any environment.

Bribery has a negative impact on the performance of relevant functions of state bodies, damages their reputation, violates legal principles, and provokes violations of the constitutional rights and legal interests of citizens. According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the fight against corruption", the fight against corruption should be carried out by all state bodies and officials working in them. Heads of collectives of state bodies, local self-government bodies are obliged to ensure the fulfillment of legal requirements, involving personnel, control, legal and other services within their authority. First of all, it is probably influenced by the low level of education and politeness of the servants. The indifference of some civil servants to violations, the lack of professional etiquette, and personal concern contribute to the development of bribery. In addition, the lack of enthusiasm of some heads of state bodies in fulfilling the requirements of the anti-corruption law deepens the roots of corruption.

Of course, corruption is not a disease that can be cured by giving medicine. The mechanism of disease prevention is in the people themselves. It is necessary to prevent this disease, cut the ways of its spread in the society and prevent its increase. For that, we need to participate and mobilize against this disease as a country. It is clear that only then we will make a great contribution to the interests of the country and gain the trust of the people.

The basis for taking appropriate measures against corruption is citizens' complaints. Every citizen of our country is obliged to observe the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to respect the rights, freedoms, honor and dignity of other people.

"Where there is no justice, bribery takes place", "Why do you need wealth, if you don't have health, why do you need justice, if the people are not satisfied?" Indeed, we will win the people's trust only if we do fair justice and stand above corruption.
