In order to improve the communication of the people with the police, the "102" mobile application is working in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This application can be downloaded for free on the AppStore and Play Market platforms.

Using the mobile application, every citizen of the country can send information about an offense or a crime committed.

Therefore, the mobile application interface has a red SOS button. By clicking on it, you can make a video call directly from the scene of the incident, which allows the EMS operator to see what is happening and immediately take appropriate response measures.

In addition, after registration, citizens can:

• in the mobile application:
  • send to the police about offenses and crimes (traffic violations, family disputes, domestic violence, incidents with children, vandalism, fights, disturbing the peace, drunkenness in public places and others);
  • by contacting the operator with an audio/video call, the caller's location will be determined automatically. As a result, the operator can see what is happening and can immediately take appropriate response measures.

  Today the police received about 377.3 thousand calls and messages.

  The number of downloads exceeded 236.7 thousand(Play Market – 172.5, App Store – 64.2).

  Also, according to the IMEI code of the mobile phone, it is stolen or lost. there is an option to check whether it is in the list.
