According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Services" dated April 15, 2013, on March 19, 2025, a public discussion was held with the participation of villagers on the report on state services provided in 2024 by the state institution "Akim of Sogeti Rural District". aimed at informing the public about the planned and accepted activities. Public discussions are also intended to ensure the implementation of the principles of accountability and transparency of service providers, the quality and availability of public services, the continuous improvement of the process of providing public services, the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of their provision.

During the public discussion on the issues of public services, the number of public services, the most demanding public services, work with recipients of services, control of the quality of public services and the satisfaction of recipients with the quality of public services

According to the public discussion the following decision was adopted: the report of the activity on issues of public service should be taken into account, the work done should be evaluated as "satisfactory".
