On improving the system of state education accumulation
15.04.2025 18:06:11 220On March 20, 2025, the Agency of the Financial Market Regulation and Development Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Agency) of the Agency's Board of Resolution No. 12 "On approval of the rules for calculating the calculation amount under the contract of education accumulation insurance, the report and procedure for the implementation of insurance payments" on making changes to the Resolution No. 94 of the Board of the Financial Market Regulation and Development Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 22, 2022 (hereinafter - the Resolution)
Resolution "Keleshek" was developed for the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 10, 2025 "On introducing changes and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the prevention of excessive legislative regulation in the fields of State education accumulation system, information, social development, culture and archival affairs". The procedure for determining the estimated amount under insurance contracts will be clarified within the framework of the National Insurance Fund.
Now the savings amount will be supplemented with the state's one-time primary education capital (60 MCI for all, 120 MCI for orphans), it will also be invested and the investment income will be calculated. This allows to increase the total amount of savings for paying for educational services and, accordingly, improves the conditions for the participants of MBJZ.
The resolution was registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 27, 2025 as No. 35858 and will come into force 10 calendar days after the first official publication date.
"Future" is education at home and abroad, including higher, technical and professional education. State support program aimed at raising funds for children of Kazakhstan aged 5 to 18 years, which can be used to pay for services.
Minimum annual contribution of parents in the amount of at least 12 MCI for children from socially vulnerable groups of the population and 24 MCI for other children is a mandatory requirement of the program.
