According to the analysis of apartment theft, the main reasons contributing to the commission of this type of crime are the lack of an alarm and the equipment of entrance doors with vulnerable locks. Today, 870 residential houses are connected to the centralized control panel in the region. A number of security organizations are ready to provide this service on a temporary basis, for example, during the vacation of citizens.

According to the police, according to the "Concept of Public Security in Partnership with Society for 2024-2028", private security organizations have become an important component of the state system of ensuring personal and property security of citizens.
