WHAT SPECIALISTS ARE NEEDED IN THE CITY OF KONAEV?

The event "Caravan" dedicated to the year of working professions was organized in Konaev.

A job fair was held during the event. There, 20 institutions offered about 350 vacancies. According to the director of the career center Ernur Abdaliyev, there is currently a shortage of managers, economists, accountants, IT specialists, factory operators in the city of Konaev.

"By the end of the year, it is planned to employ 956 people with temporary jobs and 980 people with permanent jobs in the city. In addition, this year the projects "Youth practice", "First workplace", "Silver youth", "Public workplace", "Social workplaces", "Generation contract" will continue. Today, 457 people are registered as unemployed," Ernur Abdaliyev said.

In addition, teachers of the multidisciplinary college gave information about technical specialties to high school students and conducted master classes. Currently, 7 specialties are taught in the college, such as catering, welding, turning, vehicle maintenance, sewing and clothing design, food production technology, computer technology and information networks. The number of students is 462. 76% of last year's graduates are employed.

Akim of the city Askhat Berdikhanov took part in the opening of the seminar and emphasized the importance of the Year of Working Professionals. At the seminar, HR specialists gave advice to young people and shared their experiences. And the representatives of "Otbasy Bank" JSC provide information about the housing program "Nauryz Shyobker".
