✔️A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Beisenbay Tazhibayev, the deputy governor of the region, on the formation and distribution of state orders for technical and professional, post-secondary education organizations for the coming academic year. At the same time, the issue of covering the "Year of Working Professions" with meaningful and useful events for young people was also discussed. It was attended by representatives of responsible departments and heads of institutions, district and city mayors. The deputy akim of the region assigned specific tasks to the responsible leaders.

📌- Head of the state Kassym-Jomart Tokaev announced 2025 as the "Year of working professions". At the same time, he said that it is necessary to transform the field of technical and professional education. We need to strengthen work in this direction. With the support of the akim of the region Nuralkhan Oralbayuly, the development of education is being revived. The state provides grants and supports the education of young people. This year, it is planned to place 15,500 state orders for special educational institutions and colleges. Among them, the number of worker specialties will increase to 9,500. It is necessary to carry out explanatory work for school graduates and students in villages and cities and cover them with grants. Based on the analysis of the Department of Education, more than 4,000 students who will graduate from the 11th grade this year will not participate in the UNT. These students should be admitted to colleges so that they do not fall under the NEET category. The responsible board, "Youth resource centers", district and city mayors should carry out explanatory work in this direction. There are strong and leading colleges in the region. Dormitories in some of them are empty. Involve the village youth. Let him study for free, get a scholarship and get a profession. Most people are not aware of such possibilities. People should be informed. Make appropriate proposals according to the allocated grants. You should use this opportunity. The indicator of each college will be analyzed and relevant decisions will be made regarding the directors who worked ineffectively, - said Beisenbay Tazhibaev.

✔️There are 50 colleges working in the region (28 state, 22 private). Most of them are multidisciplinary colleges. Today, 45,530 (including 32,383 state-ordered) students are studying in 75 specialties. In the region, 30 colleges train professional professions required for the labor market. 16553 students are studying there. This year, a grant of 450 places is provided within the target state order. That is, there is a possibility of 100% employment of young people in enterprises. 60% of the 130,000 new jobs that will be opened are for working professions.

✔️In 2025, 75,809 students (9th grade - 44982, 11th grade - 30827) will graduate from 520 schools in the region. The state education order is formed taking into account the needs of the labor market provided by the regional chamber of entrepreneurs "Atameken", akimats of cities and districts, branch offices and interested organizations. the number of young people in the age group is 663,260. In order to reduce the share of young people in the NEET category, a road map has been developed that includes 12 state programs in 2024. In this regard, 39,119 young people were provided with jobs, educational grants and soft loans. According to the results of 2023, the number of young people in the NEET category was 10.4% (62,497 years), and in the IV quarter of 2024, it decreased to 5.5% (33,668 years). The work of providing employment and education to young people will continue.
