Dear fellow citizens!

In connection with the onset of warmer weather and the implementation of sanitary cleaning and landscaping of territories, I consider it necessary to clarify a unified approach to organizing environmental actions and community clean-up days.

First of all, it should be noted that participation in such events is exclusively voluntary.

At the same time, the main focus should be on residents cleaning the areas adjacent to their homes and yards, which is a manifestation of the civic responsibility of every East Kazakhstan resident.

Employees of enterprises and organizations can participate in the cleaning of city streets and public spaces solely on a voluntary basis.

Any forms of coercion to participate in such work are unacceptable.

Every citizen has the right to rest and personal time, and this right must be strictly observed.

At the same time, a community clean-up day is a manifestation of an active civic position by those who sincerely care about the cleanliness and development of our region.

Our common goal aligns with the tasks and principles of the nationwide environmental initiative "Taza Kazakhstan," which is not a one-time campaign but a long-term strategic direction.

Only through joint efforts, while respecting the rights and freedoms of every resident, can we achieve significant results in matters of landscaping, sanitary conditions, and the formation of an environmental culture.

I invite all residents to take personal part in this noble cause.
