The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a new service for submitting requests about local habitat and environmental issues through the convenient Telegram-chatbot @TazaQazBot within the framework of the large-scale campaign "Taza Kazakhstan".

This allows every caring resident of the country to immediately take photos of problem areas or download photos from the gallery, indicate their location and describe the problem in detail.

All information in the form of an application is sent to the operator. comes from the local executive body, which uploads it and appoints an executor.

In addition, residents can report many problems related to the sanitary condition of roads, parks, entrances, lighting, landscaping and public and private areas.

Depending on the category of the application, the time during which the executor must perform the task is automatically set. After the work is completed, the Executor will provide a photo and, if necessary, a comment.

As feedback, users will receive messages about the appointment of the executor and the completion of the work directly in the Telegram bot. After completing the application, they can evaluate the quality of the work performed and review all their applications.

The "Clean Kazakhstan" service aims to improve the quality of life of the people in the country by giving every citizen the opportunity to actively participate in maintaining cleanliness and order.
