Report on the production and (or) sales of pesticides, bioagents (indkeks-Fu-1) periodicity: half-yearly, deadline for submission of administrative data form: twice a year, by July 10 and by January 10 after the reporting period

"On the movement of pesticides, bioagents report" (index - Fu - 2), semi-annual periodicity); deadline for submission of administrative data form: twice a year, by July 10 and January 10 according to the actual place of movement;

    "Report on the storage of pesticides, bioagents" (index - Fu - 3), periodicity of annual administrative data form submission deadline: every year, by January 10 according to the actual place of storage to;

"Report on the conduct of chemical treatments" (index - Fu - 4, Periodicity monthly) period of submission of the administrative data form: from March to September, until the 10th day of each month following the reporting month;

"On decontamination of prohibited, expired pesticides and containers made from them, as well as containers made from used pesticides report" (index-fu - 5) periodicity of the annual administrative data form submission deadline: every year, until January 10.
