The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft resolution (hereinafter referred to as the Draft) of the Resolution No. 476 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 15, 2023 "On approval of the list of subsidized workplaces, requirements for people employed in subsidized workplaces, amounts and periods of subsidizing their wages". The document was posted on the "Open NKA" portal for public discussion until April 15, 2025.

The changes envisage the termination of the implementation of the "First Job" and "Generations Contract" projects and increase the category of youth practice participants.

At the same time, it is recommended that the Project stipulate that the salary of youth practice participants is at least 30 monthly calculation indicators.

At the same time, the contracts concluded According to this, people employed within the framework of the "First Job" and "Generation Contract" projects are given the right to continue participating in these projects until the end of the stipulated term of their employment.

Acceptance of this Project does not lead to negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences, and does not require additional financial expenses from the state budget.
