In order to implement clauses 2.10 and 6.2 of the plan of ethics commissioners for 2025, civil servants of the maslikhat apparatus were given explanations on not allowing discrimination against women in state bodies. The employees of the office were familiarized with the articles of the legislative acts, which state that no one should be discriminated against on the basis of origin, social, professional and property status, gender, race, nationality, language, religion, belief, place of residence or any other circumstances. The code of conduct of civil servants stipulates that civil servants should take measures aimed at creating a suitable moral and psychological climate that prevents any forms of discrimination and encroachment on the honor and dignity of civil servants in their official relations with their colleagues. In addition, in order to determine the level of communication culture, a survey of civil servants was conducted in the staff of the district maslikhat apparatus. Analysis of the results showed that the level of culture in the team is positive, friendly relations between colleagues.
