Fire tactical exercises were held in Uskemen. According to the firefighting legend, the rescuers conducted a fire-extinguishing exercise at the building materials hypermarket. As a result of conditional short-circuiting of electrical wires, the fire started and spread to the shelves with construction materials located in the storage room. After discovering the fire, the employees of the hypermarket called 112 and started evacuating people, the electrician on duty turned off the electricity, and the security service of the object tried to fight the fire with the help of primary means, but due to heavy smoke, they had to leave the shopping hall. When the fire brigade arrived, the employees of the hypermarket were evacuated from the burning premises and started fighting the fire. Two employees of the facility needed the help of doctors from the Disaster Medicine Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan. With the coordinated actions of firefighters, the fire was extinguished in 100 sq. m. It was stopped at the conventional site.

"Training and exercises held at the facility storing fire-hazardous materials are aimed at improving the skills and interaction of rescuers and personnel in the event of a fire in the building and during actions to save citizens," noted Amangeldi Yensegenov, deputy head of the SKO TJD.
