Soldiers of the military unit 68303 of the city of Semipalatinsk were solemnly sent off in Kostanay region. They came to help in the fight against floods.

These 50 servicemen were a reliable shield between the settlements of the Karasu district and the floodwaters. They fixed hydrotechnical structures during floods, cleared yards of snow, prepared sandbags, and built dams. The soldiers worked tirelessly and performed their duties with all their heart.

During the event, on behalf of the governor of the region, his deputy Berik Tanzharykov presented military servicemen with souvenirs as a sign of gratitude for their work and loyalty.

The head of the regional military service, Damir Ermagambetov, noted that their contribution to flood prevention measures was invaluable.
