The next twenty-seventh session of the Tarbagatai district assembly will be held on April 11, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the building of the district administration (Zhambyl Street, 15, 1st floor). On the same day, the meeting of the standing commission will be held at 9:00 a.m.

Proposed agenda for the session:

1. On the approval of the report on the implementation of the district budget for 2024.

Zhanat Zholamanuly Zholamanov is the head of the district economy and finance department.

2. On the approval of the report on the implementation of the budget of Akzhar rural district for 2024;

Dautbek Korgauly Niyazbekov - akim of Akzhar rural district.

3. On the approval of the report on the implementation of the budget of the Tugul rural district for 2024;

Kanat Sherizatuly Svenov - akim of the Tugul rural district.

4. On the approval of the report on the implementation of the budget of the Kabanbay rural district for 2024;

Saken Anuarbekuly Malgazhdarov - akim of the Kabanbay rural district.

5. On the approval of the report on the implementation of the budget of the Karasu rural district for 2024;

Shalkar Oralbekuly Muslimov is the akim of the Karasu rural district.

6. On the approval of the report on the implementation of the budget of Manyrak rural district for 2024;

Abilkhair Kabdeshukhly Kozakhmetov - akim of Manyrak rural district.

7. On the approval of the report on the implementation of the budget of the Zhanaaul rural district for 2024;

Saule Kokekkovna Sahioldina - akim of the Zhanaaul rural district.

8. On the approval of the report on the implementation of the budget of Zhetiaral rural district for 2024;

Serik Zhanibekuly Kazhiekperov - akim of Zhetiaral rural district.

9. On the approval of the report on the implementation of the budget of Kuygan rural district for 2024.

Bekbol Bakytbekuly Dayranov - akim of Kuygan rural district.

10. On determining the amount of housing certificates in Tarbagatay district and the list of categories of their recipients.

Kurmangazy Kumarbekuly Slyamzhanov is the head of the department of employment and social programs in Tarbagatai district.

11. On amendments and additions to Tarbagatai district maslikhat decision No. 11/4-VIII dated December 26, 2023 "On election of the composition of Tarbagatai district territorial and precinct election commissions". About special places for organizing and holding peaceful meetings in Tarbagatai district and their maximum capacity, requirements for technical and organizational provision of their material, order of use, boundaries of adjacent territories where picketing is prohibited. About making changes to the decision "On approving the Regulation on awarding the Tarbagatai district with a certificate of honor".

Yermek Toleukhanuly Kurmangaliyev is the head of the akim's office of Tarbagatai district.

14. On the basis of the proposal of the Tarbagatay District Election Commission dated February 14, 2025, sent with the issue No. 32 and the resolution No. 2 of the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tarbagatai District Maslikhat "On social sphere and social protection of residents, deputy authority, ethics and legality" dated February 26, 2025, "Deputy of the Tarbagatai District Maslikhat S. Demesinov About the use of punitive measures for violating the rules of deputy etiquette established in the maslikhat regulations.

Omirkhan Aikenuly Kanagatov is the chairman of the Tarbagatai district maslikhat.
