On March 6, an inter-institutional competition in volleyball, five-a-side, and rifle shooting was held in the sports and recreation complex in the center of the district on the occasion of March 8 - International Women's Day.

Deputy akim of the district Zhasulan Sultan opened the festive competition with a congratulatory speech and wished success to the teams participating in the competition.

The methodologist of the district education department Oralbay Berikuly introduced the rules of the game. The teams were divided into two groups and played in the hall of the mentioned complex and in the sports hall of the Karatobe school-gymnasium.

Volleyball game was contested between 8 teams. The players participating in the competition had a high desire to win.

The teams that showed a skillful game made it to the finals. The games of the girls of Mukhit Secondary School and the Shoptikol school-nursery-kindergarten complex team, which competed for the first place, were appreciated by the audience.

At the end of the competition, the team of Mukhit General Secondary School came out ahead and became the winner of the competition. The II place was won by the team of Shoptikol school-kindergarten-kindergarten complex, and the III place was awarded to the girls' team of the district akimat.

The winner of the competition was awarded 50 thousand tenge to the team of Mukhit secondary school, 30 thousand tenge to the team of Shoptikol school-kindergarten-kindergarten complex, and 20 thousand tenge to the team of the district akimat. The team of the culture department was awarded with the title "For their determination to win" and received a cash prize of 10,000 tenge.

Meyramgul Kenzhegalieva, who represented the district mayor's office, who showed a skillful performance in the five-a-side game, won the 1st place. Ulmeken Saiynova, who represented the school-gymnasium named after K. Zhumaliev, took the 2nd place, Akbota Vladimirova, who participated in the culture department, took the 3rd place. In the rifle competition, Malika Yertileuova, who participated in the Shoptikol school, took the 1st place, and Aizada Sapargalivna, who represented the district hospital, took the 2nd place. Third place went to Asem Ongarova, who participated from the district police department.

Deputy akim of the district Zhasulan Sultan congratulated the winning teams and awardees and conducted an awarding ceremony.
