In three months of 2025, social inspectors conducted 156 inspections, of which 76 were unplanned, 19 were within the framework of preventive control, and 61 were at the request of the prosecutor's office. According to the results of the inspection, 34 orders were issued to eliminate the identified violations, 46 fines were imposed in the amount of more than 14.5 million tenge, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports.
Under state control: akimats - 6, departments and offices of local executive bodies - 21, state institutions - 22, kindergartens - 4, schools - 13, colleges, lyceums - 5, hospitals, clinics - 10, special social service center - 1, sanatoriums - 3, PC - 10, cafes, restaurants and hotels - 10, shops - 12, trading houses - 5, police station - 1, dentistry - 3, bus parks, bus/railway stations, airports - 6, library - 1, cultural centers - 4, post office - 1, sports schools - 3, notary - 1 and others 14 objects were also included.
For example, the Ulytau Oblast Department of the Regulation and Control Committee in the field of social protection conducted an unscheduled inspection of the medical center based on the request of a person with a disability due to the lack of accessibility for people with disabilities. According to the results of the inspection, the subject was brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine.
At the same time, according to social inspectors, there are positive changes in the adaptation of social infrastructure for people with disabilities in all regions. This is also confirmed by people with special needs.
"I always try to participate in social and cultural events in our city. Nowadays, many public places are accessible for people with disabilities. One proof of my words is the People's Service Center located in the 9th small district of our city. There is a special elevator at the entrance to the building, and in its courtyard there are special parking spaces for cars of people with disabilities. Also, in the shopping center "Samadi Mart" located in the city of Zhezkazgan, and in the theater named after S. Kozhamkulov, conditions have been created for people with special needs to enter the buildings without obstacles," said Arman Sametov, a resident of the city of Zhezkazgan with the first group of disabilities.
