Among them is Almas Shongarov, chief of civil protection of fire department No. 3 of Taraz city. He was born in 1983 in the village of Talapti, Zhualy district. Almas has been working in the field of civil protection since 2005 and is one of the most loyal and unique people who work tirelessly to protect people and valuable property from fires and emergency situations of various types. Today, Almas and his wife are raising 5 children. Sons and daughters are also eagerly waiting for their father to return home.
