These are alcoholics, violators of public order and family quarrels. was a big reason to increase police control of dangerous groups. In response to this, about 4,000 court decisions were issued prohibiting drinking alcohol even at home.

In order to increase the effectiveness of the fight against alcoholism and prevention, the Cultural Society project for 2024-2025 was launched in September last year. is being prepared.

Measures for the expansion of Temporary Adaptation and Detoxification Centers (TBDO) have been considered together with the Department of Health Care.
Today there are 4 health centers with a total of 75 seats in the cities of Kostanay, Rudny, Arkalyk and Tobyl in the region. Already in Kostanay, the number of UBDO seats has increased from 14 to 25, in Rudnyi from 20 to 30, in Arkalyk from 10 to 15, and in Tobyl, a new center with 10 seats has been opened. The plan includes the creation of health centers in Lisakov, Zhitikara and Karabalyk, Faizullin said.

At the same time, clinics were opened in Kostanay and additional medical certification centers in 73 rural districts.

According to the head of the department, in cooperation with the Department of Health, increasing the number of medical workers with certificates for conducting examinations in districts and rural districts with paramedic midwifery centers. is being planned.

In 2024, there are 6 settlements in the territory of the region (Milisai, Sarysu, Abdigapar, Kramskoe, Otynagash, Koktal villages) where residents have given up alcohol.

Not a single criminal offense or family-domestic violence has been registered in these villages.

This year, two more villages in the Uzynkol district - Abay and Ukhatgan were among the "non-drinking" villages.
One of the important aspects of the project is public involvement. Public commissions are actively working in cities and rural areas, and they include local authorities, religious leaders and elders.

They help morally support people suffering from alcohol addiction and carry out public prosecution.

Within the framework of this project, raids are planned on outlets selling alcohol, involving volunteer movements, media representatives and the public. Such work was also carried out on hookah, - noted Faizullin.

These measures are aimed at creating a healthy and safe environment for the residents of the region. With the help of "Cultural society" Kostanay region is taking steps to create a cultural society free from drug addiction and addiction.
