The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan have announced the launch of the "Paryz" republican competition on social responsibility of business in 2025.

The results of the competition will be published at the end of the year.

The competition allows private business entities to form and increase their corporate social responsibility towards society in order to further improve the welfare of the population.

The competition is held in 4 nominations:

1) "The best socially responsible enterprise".

In this nomination, social programs aimed at supporting its personnel, participating in the implementation of social projects of the region, social adaptation of people with disabilities and improving the well-being of society as a whole (organization of labor payment and social payments, systems of professional training and retraining of personnel, limited employment of the maximum number of people, etc.) the activities of the candidates will be considered.

2) "The best enterprise in the field of labor protection".

In this nomination, the activities of the candidates who create working conditions that allow employees to maintain their health during the work process will be considered.

3) "The best collective agreement". and strengthening collective agreements will be reviewed.

4) "For contribution to ecology".

         In this nomination, candidates who have distinguished themselves in the implementation of nature protection (ecological) programs, events and projects aimed at improving the state of the environment, waste disposal and recycling will be considered.

     Special award "Best social project of the year"

          This special award includes social projects implemented by businesses, contributing to the employment of socially vulnerable and underprivileged groups of the population and (or) improvement of living conditions.
