The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the People's Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Chamber of Employers, the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan have announced the launch of the "Paryz" republican competition on social responsibility of business in 2025. The results of the competition will be published at the end of the year.

The competition is aimed at forming and increasing the corporate social responsibility of private business entities to society in order to further improve the welfare of the people.

Participation in the regional and republican stages of the competition is free.

The competition is held in 4 nominations:

1) "The best socially responsible enterprise". The performance of candidates who implement social programs aimed at participating in the implementation, social adaptation of people with disabilities and improving the welfare of society as a whole (organization of labor payment and social payments, systems of professional training and retraining of personnel, employment of the largest number of people with disabilities, etc.) will be considered.

2) "The best enterprise in the field of labor protection".

3) "Best collective agreement".

In this nomination, collective agreements that significantly improve and strengthen the labor and social rights of employees provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered.

4) "For contribution to ecology".
