The Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Turkestan region stopped the activities of a criminal group engaged in the production, sale and introduction of illegal tobacco products (snus) that endanger the lives and health of citizens.

As a result of a special operation, an illegal workshop with more than 30 workers working daily on an area of ​​1,000 square meters was destroyed. The whole scheme of criminal activity up to 2015 was revealed.

More than 10 million prohibited ready-made products from illegal circulation, more than 14.4 tons of cigarettes amounting to 28.8 million single doses, more than 3.3 thousand liters of flavoring and toxic additives, as well as production equipment were seized.
