The order of the Chairman of the Anti-corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan

#270 approved the "Rules for encouraging people who
report on the fact of a corruption offense or otherwise assist (provided) anti-corruption action"
The amount of reward corruption depends on the seriousness of the offense.
The amount of the bribe or the damage caused, or the value of the offered benefits or the provided
services does not exceed one thousand monthly calculation indicators (hereinafter - MEC), or
one-time monetary bribery
for corruption offenses in which no damage has been caused is established in the following amounts:
1) in administrative cases about corrupt offenses - 30 MCI;
2) in criminal cases of less serious corruption crimes - 40
MCI;
3) in criminal cases of moderately serious corruption crimes - 50
MCI;
4) in criminal cases of serious corruption crimes - 70 MCI;
5) in criminal cases of very serious corruption crimes - 100 MCI.
Bribery or in the case of corruption offenses where the amount of damages or benefits offered or services provided exceeds one thousand MCI, a one-time monetary reward is ten percent of the amount of the bribe or damages or benefits provided or services provided, but not more than four thousand MCI. if the corruption
contributed to the detection, prevention, discovery and investigation of the offense and in relation to the accused
1) the court decision on the imposition of administrative punishment has entered into legal force; On the basis of Article 36, the decision of the court on the termination of the criminal
case has entered into legal force, and the decision of the criminal prosecution body on the termination of the criminal
case has been approved by the prosecutor.
The following documents are required to receive the reward:
assistance
1) an anti-corruption
action
in the form according to Appendix 1 to these Rules (hereinafter - the application); application for promotion
2) identity document (identity card, certificate of a stateless person,
residence permit of a foreigner) in the original or through a digital document service;
3) a certificate from a second-level bank about the existence and
number of a current bank account of the specified person in the national currency.
The provisions of these Rules do not apply:
1) about the fact of a corruption offense to a person who reports false information, who is responsible under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2) to a person who cooperates on a secret basis with a body carrying out investigative or counter-intelligence activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; It does not apply to a person who provided assistance to the investigation and was found to be an executor or accomplice.
