Kasym-Jomart Tokayev and Natasha Pirts-Musar held talks in a small group

A ceremony of welcoming the President of Slovenia Natasha Pirts-Musar, who came to Kazakhstan on an official visit, was held at the "Akorda" residence. The presidents introduced the members of the delegation to each other. After that, the head of the Honor Guard gave a report and the national anthems of Kazakhstan and Slovenia were sung.

After the solemn ceremony, the heads of state went to the negotiation hall.

Kasym-Jomart Tokayev expressed his respect to the distinguished guest and said that his visit will contribute to the deepening of Kazakhstan-Slovenia partnership and open the way to wide opportunities.

- We intend to establish close cooperation with Slovenia. This is clear. As the president, I will make every effort to strengthen relations in all areas that are of mutual interest. We consider Slovenia as one of the main and very important partners of Kazakhstan in the Balkans. We can offer a number of rational projects to the business representatives of your country and the government, - said the Head of State.
