According to Article 10 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter referred to as the Constitutional Law on Elections), the Aktobe City Maslikhat announces the beginning of the process of electing a member of the 31 Precinct Election Commission to replace a member who has left.

Each political party has the right to nominate one candidate for the membership of the relevant election commission.

A political party has the right to nominate candidates for the membership of the election commission who are not members of this political party.

In the absence of proposals from political parties, the maslikhats elect the election commission on the recommendation of other public associations and higher election commissions.

Political parties, other public associations, their structural subdivisions and higher election commissions Between April 4 and April 18, 2025, the following documents will be submitted to the maslikhat: 1) electronic and paper information about candidates for election commissions according to the prescribed form; 2) decision of a political party, public association or their branches (representatives), higher election commission to nominate candidates for the respective election commissions a copy of the decision;

3) a copy of the document on the registration of a political party, public association or their branches (representative offices);

4) applications of candidates on the established form for consent to participate in the work of the election commission.

Forms of information on candidacies for the membership of election commissions, applications of candidates for consent to participate in the work of election commissions are posted on the maslikhat website.

the person proposed to the composition must meet the requirements of the Constitutional Law on Elections.

A member of the election commission must live in the territory of the administrative-territorial unit where the maslikhat formed the composition of this commission is located.

Except for the cases of establishing polling stations provided for in paragraph 3 of Article 23 of the Constitutional Law on Elections, more than half of the composition of the election commission should not be employees of that organization

Election commissions cannot include close relatives (parents, children, adoptive parents, adopted children, brothers and sisters (siblings), grandfathers, grandmothers, grandchildren) or spouses.    

All documents submitted to the consultation in paper format must be signed, stamped and include a sign about the performer with the date of execution, the performer's surname, first name and phone number.

Reception of proposals for the composition of election commissions will be held from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 until April 19, 2025, with a break at from 13:00 to 14:00.
