DON'T COME IN THAT YOU'RE GOING TO PLAY
15.04.2025 18:32:38 1780Spreading false information in society is a problem that requires great responsibility. In Kazakh, there is a saying "Don't start a fire because I'm playing," which is especially true of the false invitations that stir up the country. Because if the people of the country get used to the alarm of a false threat, no one may believe it in the event of a real threat.
In the past, our ancestors severely punished the person who had alarmed the country, and if the heroes drew their swords, they would not put it back without referring to the enemy. Even today, a person who gives false information is prosecuted according to the law.
There are two types of false calls:
- A call caused by suspicion and error - a person notices some dangerous event and reports it as a precaution, even if he cannot confirm it. In such a case, special bodies will investigate the case in detail. If the suspicion is unfounded, but the intention of the informant is correct, he will not be prosecuted under the law. Those who commit such actions will be prosecuted according to the law.
According to Article 273 of the Criminal Code, those who make a false summons in our country may be imprisoned for up to 5 years.
In addition, financial responsibility is also provided for false acts of terrorism.
Some use someone else's phone or voice-changing devices to hide themselves. However, modern technologies can identify each person's voice individually. That is, no matter what tricks are used, the law enforcement agencies can find the person who made the false summons and bring them to justice.
False summons not only hinders the work of law enforcement agencies, but also creates fear in the society. In particular, reports that fake bombs have been placed in schools and public places are a sign of irresponsibility.
Therefore, every citizen should feel his responsibility towards society and avoid spreading false information. It should not be forgotten that irresponsibility can lead to big problems.
