In Taraz, apartments are being returned to communal ownership to be given to socially vulnerable groups

In 2024-2025, as a result of the analysis conducted by the prosecutor's office, 13 apartments and 2 plots of land illegally purchased by citizens were identified.
On the basis of the city prosecutor's appeal, court acts on 3 apartments were annulled, including 2 socially vulnerable apartments. returned to the owners belonging to the groups.
A 4-room apartment located in the center, worth 16 million tenge, was returned to the state.
A citizen bought this apartment with the written consent of a city resident, and later applied to the court with a claim for recognition of ownership, this claim was satisfied by the court of first instance.
Documents confirming that the plaintiff has lived in the apartment continuously for 7 years. and other owners, it was found that the consent to the sale was not offered.
Furthermore, according to the supervision act, the court satisfied the requirements of the city administration to recognize 5 apartments for a total value of 60 million tenge as unoccupied and transfer them to communal ownership.
The said apartments will be given to citizens belonging to socially vulnerable groups who are on the waiting list.
Also, according to the prosecutor's act and lawsuit, the state 18 sotyk 2 plot of land was returned.
Works to protect the rights of socially vulnerable groups and the interests of the state continue.
