A meeting on changes and additions to the master plan of Shalkar was held in the meeting hall of the city administration. At the meeting, deputy akim of the city K. Karzhaubai and head of the district land relations department M. Simbetov told the presenters of the plan the requirements of proposals for introducing a number of changes.
