Al-Farabi district governor's office, Al-Farabi district police department and "Youth resource center" KMM staff jointly conducted a raid event to determine the presence of people in crowded entertainment centers after 23:00 without a legal representative in order to prevent crimes committed between and against minors.

16 minors were identified and administrative violation protocols were filed against their legal representatives.

Furthermore, 4 juveniles who were outside the residential area without supervision and without being accompanied by homeless parents were placed in the "Shymkent Juvenile Adaptation Center".
