During the meeting with the residents of Auezov district, the mayor of Almaty Yerbolat Dosayev spoke about the measures being taken to modernize and improve the residential and communal infrastructure of the district.

According to the mayor, in 2024, decorative lighting was installed on the facades of 36 residential houses, and the facades of 28 houses were repaired. In 2025, it is planned that decorative lighting will be installed on the facades of 42 houses, and the facades of 12 houses will undergo routine maintenance.

"In order to ensure the safety and comfortable living conditions of residents, in 2024, 39 apartment buildings will be overhauled, and 30 elevators will be replaced in 20 apartment buildings. In 2025, 45 multi-story residential buildings will be overhauled, and it is planned to replace 34 expressways in 32 multi-story buildings," said the mayor of Almaty.

It should be noted that the facades of 355 houses were repaired in the city between 2022 and 2024 by the order of Yerbolat Dosayev. In general, in 2025-2026, another 296 facades are planned to be repaired. These measures are aimed at improving the appearance of the city.
