However, some people take advantage of the complex geopolitical situation and participate in armed conflicts abroad. is trying.
In this regard, the prosecutor's office of Akmola region warns: participation in armed conflicts outside the Republic of Kazakhstan is an act that leads to criminal liability. According to Article 172 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, such actions are punishable by imprisonment from five to nine years.
Also, recruitment, training, financing, material support of mercenaries or their use in armed conflicts is subject to criminal liability under Article 170 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. These actions are punishable by imprisonment from seven to nine years.
Participation in armed conflicts poses a direct threat to life, health and psychological condition.
