The head of the National Bureau of Statistics, Maksat Turlybayev, visited the bureau's contact center and congratulated its employees on its 2nd anniversary.

Since its launch in 2023, the contact center has become an important resource for respondents and users providing advice on statistical issues. Operators of the contact center help to search for information on the bureau's website, fill out statistical forms and provide technical support when submitting reports.

The head of the bureau thanked the team and noted the importance of their contribution to ensuring the availability of consistent statistical information to the public.

"In a short time, the contact center has become an integral part of our work and an important link in providing accurate and accessible statistical information to citizens. You can easily familiarize yourself with statistical data, help solve any questions, and fulfill an important mission. I wish you further success, prosperity and success!", said M. Turlybaev.

It should be noted that 167,293 applications were processed in two years. Operators respond to requests received by citizens through the short number 1446 and the online consultant on the bureau's website, as well as through statgovkz_bot on Telegram. 95% of questions are resolved on the first request, the rest are sent to the third level of support.

The contact center offers advice from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:30. Calling the short number 1446 is free.
