According to paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Action Against Corruption" and "On Approving the Model Rules for Conducting Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks" by the Order No. 12 of the Chairman of the Public Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2016: within 30 working days from April 3, 2025, "Public "Development Administration" internal analysis of corruption risks will be conducted in MM.
