🔥Observe fire safety requirements when burning garbage.
According to fire safety requirements, it is allowed to burn garbage in an open area in windless weather only if there are first fire fighting equipment (fire extinguishers, water) at least 50 meters away from any
buildings, constructions and stored materials. Garbage burning should be carried out under constant supervision, only during the day. After burning the garbage, the fire should be carefully filled with water. It is forbidden to leave an unextinguished fire unattended.
🔥For many citizens, it is easier to burn the garbage collected in the yard than to take it to the landfill.
However, carelessness and
indifference when burning garbage can cause a fire and cause irreparable damage. In accordance with Article 336 of the Code of Violations, non-observance of air protection and fire safety requirements during the collection or burning of waste - leads to a fine of twenty to individuals, fifty to officials, two hundred to small business entities or non-commercial organizations, three hundred to medium business entities, and five hundred to large business entities. 🔥Fines:

👨🏻‍🚒50 MCI or 196,600
tenge for officials;
👨🏻‍🚒200 MCI or 786,400 tenge for small businesses and non-profit organizations
